PREPARATION
Innotech HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipes
Prepare the rubber ring appropriate to the size of Innotech HDPE Double Wall Corrugated pipe
Place the rubber ring on the spigot of the Innotech HDPE pipe
Insert the spigot into the socket, ensuring proper alignment
Use the mechanical jointing tool to tighten and ensure a leak-proof seal
Innotech HDPE Hollow Wall Spiral Pipes
Select a heat shrink sleeve that fits the Innotech HDPE Hollow Wall Spiral pipe size
Slide the heat shrink sleeve over one Innotech pipe end before aligning the two Innotech pipes
Use a propane torch or approved heating tool to shrink the sleeve
Allow the sleeve to fully shrink and bond. Let it cool naturally before handling or backfilling
INSTALLATION
